Phishing Resilience Metrics
This work introduces the Phish Resilience Ratio (PRR) as a quantitative metric for evaluating human-layer susceptibility and reporting behaviour. The paper forms Stage 1 of a seven-stage research programme that develops measurable indicators for each phase of the ransomware lifecycle, progressing from human entry risk through lateral propagation and operational impact.
