Steph is an Enterprise Resilience Architect whose work takes focus on understanding how risk, dependency, governance obligations, and operational disruptions propagate through complex organisations.
Her research sits at the intersection of enterprise architecture, operational resilience, cyber resilience, and quantitative modelling. Current areas of interest include requirement propagation, dependency amplification, transformation risk, ransomware readiness, and financial crime investigation behaviour.
Alongside independent research, Steph develops prototypes, conference papers, and practical modelling approaches designed to improve organisational understanding of resilience and systemic exposure.
The objective of this work is to move resilience discussions beyond compliance checklists and towards measurable, explainable, and structurally grounded models of organisational behaviour.
Research outputs, publications, and ongoing work can be found throughout this website.
